The attorney general of the state began disbarment proceedings against the respondent, John M. Priest, by filing a complaint originally in this court, setting out two specifications. The defendant answered, and the court appointed Honorable Harry L. Norval referee to take the evidence and to report his findings of fact -and conclusions of law.
