Mr. John Vansittert appeals from an order requiring him to execute a settlement agreement releasing his counterclaims against Respondents and ordering all attorneys of record to sign a stipulation of dismissal. Mr. Vansittert also challenges the summary judgment for Respondents on his counterclaim of malicious prosecution. We hold that the trial court did not err in finding the parties’ settlement agreement included the release of Mr. Vansittert’s counterclaims, and the counterclaims should have been dismissed.
