Following a jury verdict in favor of plaintiffs Robert and Roberta Foster, defendant Bittersweet Experience, Inc. appeals the verdict and the Rutland Superior Court’s denial of its motion for judgment notwithstanding the verdict, or in the alternative, for a new trial.
