Plaintiff Michael L'eiterman brings this action against Defendant Jeh Johnson 1 , in his official capacity as Secretary of Homeland Security, and Defendant David Aguilar, in his official capacity as Deputy Commissioner, U.S. Customs and Border Patrol, alleging violations of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973.
