—In an action to recover damages for breach of warranties, the defendant appeals from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, *394Dutchess County (Jiudice, J.), entered October 6, 1993, as denied its motion for summary judgment dismissing the complaint.
Ordered that the order is reversed insofar as appealed from, on the law, with costs, the defendant’s motion for summary judgment is granted, and the complaint is dismissed.
