A jury awarded plaintiff Lorenz a verdict of $15,000 for costs of medical, hospital, and doctors’ care and treatment, for pain and suffering, and for loss of earning ability, resulting from an automobile accident in which he and defendant had been involved. Def endant appeals.

Defendant’s brief sets forth 7 questions involved. They relate to alleged error in 4 instructions given, in failure to give 2 of defendant’s requests to charge, and in reception of certain of plaintiff’s testimony over defendant’s objection.
