This action for declaratory judgment was commenced by American Motorists Insurance Company (“American Motorists”) against its assured Philip Carey Corporation (“Carey”), General Accident Fire & Life Assurance Corporation, Ltd. (“General Accident”) and Employers Insurance of Wausau (“Wausau”), two other insurers of Carey.
