Plaintiff, John V. Slater, appeals from an adverse judgment entered on a defense verdict in his malpractice action against the attending physician, defendant M. B. Kehoe, and Herrick Memorial Hospital, and from the order denying his motion for a judgment notwithstanding the verdict.
