Pure Country, Inc., d/b/a Pure Country Weavers (hereinafter “Pure Country”), appeals from a final order entered in the United States District Court for the Western District of Missouri in favor of Sigma Chi Fraternity and Sigma Chi Corp. (hereinafter together referred to as “Sigma Chi”) on Pure Country’s claims for declaratory judgment and other forms of relief arising out of a dispute over Sigma Chi’s trademark rights.
