Reversing.

On the first day of September, 1911, the appellant,, which is a Virginia corporation, engaged in the mining of coals at Chenoa, and at other places in that vicinity, entered into a contract with the appellee, which is a West Virginia corporation, engaged in the business of buying and selling coals, with its principal office and place of business at Louisville, Ky.
