SMART, Judge.

Paul Hahn appeals his conviction by a Buchanan County jury of second-degree murder, § 565.021, RSMo 1994, 1 and armed criminal action, § 571.015. As a pri- or offender, Hahn was sentenced to consecutive terms of life imprisonment and twenty years on the respective counts. Hahn presents four points on appeal.
