I. BACKGROUND/FACTS

This is the third cause of action filed by Plaintiff Mozella Sims-Eiland against Defendant Detroit Board of Education. Plaintiff was employed as a high school social studies teacher with Defendant at Pershing High School. On December 10, 1990, Plaintiff was relieved of her classroom teaching responsibilities because the principal at Pershing High School believed Plaintiff was exhibiting erratic behavior.
