On April 4, 2002, Gregory Stolow brought this action in his individual capacity and trading as Gold Medal Auctions (collectively “Stolow”). The suit arises from defendants’ alleged bid-rigging scheme. Stolow seeks damages under: the Sherman Act, the New York State Donnelly Act, the Federal Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organization Act (“RICO”), common law fraud, conspiracy, and aiding and abetting.
