MEMORANDUM OF OPINION
MANOS, District Judge.
On February 2, 1976 plaintiff, Morgan Adhesives Company, (hereinafter, Morgan), filed the above-captioned case seeking injunctive relief, damages and attorney’s fees due to the alleged infringement of its United States Letters Patent No. 3,900,645 (hereinafter, ’645), by the defendant, Chemtrol Adhesives, Inc., (hereinafter, Chemtrol).
