Certiorari to review a decision.of the industrial commission denying relator compensation for an alleged accidental injury suffered in the course of his employment by respondent village of Hibbing.

• The relator claimed that while working for the village as a street sweeper on August 11, 1930, he stooped down to pick up a piece of paper fluttering in the wind and slipped and fell because of the oily condition of the street.
