Respondent, Herman F. Hallmann, was admitted to the bar in October, 1922. November 2, 1942, the Committee on Grievances of the Chicago Bar Association, as commissioners of this court, filed a report finding the respondent guilty of unprofessional conduct and recommending his suspension from the practice of law for a period of two years. Upon motion by the amicus curiae made in this court, to approve and confirm the report, respondent was ordered to show cause why the rule should not be made absolute and his name stricken from the roll.
