By leave of court an information was filed in the name of the People of the State of Illinois, on the relation of the Chicago Bar Association, against the respondent, Roy O. Gilbert, charging him with unprofessional conduct as attorney for Catherine M. Bobb and praying that his name be stricken from the roll of attorneys of this court. The information was answered, and the issue was referred to William A.
