Defendant-Appellant Anthony M. Palabay (Defendant) appeals his jury conviction of seven counts of varying degrees of Sexual Assault, contending that the trial court reversibly erred in four respects. First, Defendant argues that the trial court abused its discretion when it allowed the child victim (Complainant), who at the time of trial was 12 years old, to hold a teddy bear while testifying.
