The District Attorney of Kings County, plaintiff herein (hereinafter called claiming authority [CPLR 1310 (11)]), moves for an order pursuant to CPLR 1317 (2) of the recently enacted CPLR article 13-A (Proceeds of A Crime — Forfeiture), to confirm the ex parte order of attachment dated March 10, 1985 (Honorable Joseph M.
