This is an appeal on a judgment of the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas dismissing the action filed by plaintiff to contest the last will and testament of Irene D. Hirsch, deceased, for lack of jurisdiction due to the failure of plaintiff to join indispensable parties-defendant.
Irene Hirsch died on May 7, 1970. On May 18, 1970, a writing? purporting to be her last will and testament, and codicils thereto, were admitted to probate in the probate division of the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas. On November 13, 1970, plaintiff filed an action to contest such will and codicils.
