WALLIN, J.

Jacqueline V. Sutake appeals from the summary judgment granted in favor of Orange County Federal Credit Union on her complaint for personal injuries arising out of an automobile accident. The trial court held the credit union was not liable, as a matter of law, for damages caused by an uninsured motorist where it had financed the purchase of his car. The decision was correct and the judgment is affirmed.
