THE COURT.

This is a proceeding to review a recommendation of the Board of Governors of The State Bar that petitioner be disbarred from the practice of law.

Petitioner * was employed by Austin Olsen in January 1951 to collect damages for injuries allegedly suffered by Olsen and his wife as the result of an accident. A short time later those from whom the damages were sought agreed to pay $750 at the rate of $40 per month (later reduced to $20) and in the following two years paid petitioner $485 under the agreement.
