BRAMWELL, District Judge.
On August 14, 1981, July 14, 1982, and September 14, 1982, this court convened a hearing upon plaintiff’s application for a preliminary injunction. The plaintiff, an exclusive distributor of Noreleo office machine products, has sued to enjoin what it perceives to be an illegal termination of its business by defendant. Today, pursuant to Rule 52(a) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure the court disposes of that application.
