CLARK, Circuit Judge.

Plaintiffs, as competitors of Associated Transport, Inc., a motor truck line, bring this action under 28 U.S.C.A. §§ 41(28), 43-48, and 49 U.S.C.A. § 305(g), to set aside an order of the Interstate Commerce Commission, dated November 2, 1943, which granted Associated the certificate of public convenience and necessity required by Part II of the Interstate Commerce Act, formerly the Motor Carrier Act, 1935, §§ 206(a), 207(a), 49 U.S.C.A. §§ 306(a), 307(a), to enable it to act as a common carrier of property by motor vehicle in interstate commerce over regular routes…
