This is an appeal from the Bankruptcy Court’s Order and Judgment sustaining the Trustee’s objection to appellant Scarlett’s claim of exemption to a cause of action for legal malpractice. Scarlett filed a petition under Chapter 7 of the Bankruptcy Code, 11 U.S.C. § 301, on November 19, 1984. The Bankruptcy Court filed a Discharge of Debtor on February 28, 1985, and a Final Decree on June 6, 1985.
