JANVIER, Judge.

Mrs. Victoria K. Richardson, having agreed in writing to buy certain real estate which the owner had listed for sale with Charles F. Kirsch, a real estate agent conducting his business as Charles Kirsch & Company, and having made the required deposit, being unable to obtain title to the said property within the time limit fixed in the contract, brings this suit against Kirsch, and Mrs. Goldie Carson Giuffria Murphy, alleged to be the owner on whose behalf plaintiff's offer had been accepted, and prays for solidary judgment against Kirsch and Mrs. Murphy, for the return of the…
