Plaintiffs, Byron G. Jarnagin, Nada D. Jar-nagin, Douglas A. Jarnagin, Linda D. Jar-nagin, Dale E. Jarnagin, and Jarnagin Farms, Inc., brought this action asserting numerous claims against defendants, Busby, Inc., (the corporation) and Lyle Busby (Busby), all arising out of contractual relationships entered into by the parties with reference to two farms initially owned by plaintiffs, but later conveyed to Busby.
