GRAVEN, District Judge.

Pursuant to assignment, the above entitled cause came on for trial at the Federal Court House at Cedar Rapids, Iowa, on March 5, 1946. The parties presented their evidence on March 5, 6, 7, 8, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 18, 19, 20,'21, 22, 1946. On March 22, 1946, the parties completed the presentation of their evidence. The parties desired to submit written briefs and arguments after a transcript of the evidence had been made.
