This is an appeal by plaintiffs from a final judgment in favor of defendants rendered after trial in the Superior Court in and for the County of Los Angeles in an action in equity brought by plaintiffs to have set aside and vacated a judgment in a previous action in said court, on the ground of extrinsic fraud in the procurement thereof.
