This action was commenced in the district court of (Garfield county on June 27, 1922, by Lydia M. (Brooks, as plaintiff, against the city of Enid, as defendant, for damages by reason of certain inconveniences and annoyances alleged to have been caused said plaintiff by the defendant’s negligent operation of its sanitary sewer system during the two years next preceding the filing of the action.
