The issue in this adversary proceeding is whether we should remand to the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, civil action No. 82-5324, which was removed to this court by the defendants pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1478(a), or transfer said action to the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.
