MEMORANDUM OPINION
JOSEPH L. COSETTI, Bankruptcy Judge.
This matter comes before the Court on a removal motion filed by the Debtor pursuant to Section 1478 of the Bankruptcy Code and Local Rule of Bankruptcy Procedure 7004.
The Plaintiffs in this action filed a Complaint against the Defendants in the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania on September 30, 1980. After several motions to dismiss were denied, the Debtor filed its Answer to the Complaint on February 26, 1980 by its Pittsburgh Attorneys, Thomson, Rhodes and Grigsby (hereinafter Thomson).
