MEMORANDUM OPINION AND RECOMMENDATION

This cause comes before the Court after Continued Hearing on Plaintiff’s Petition for Removal and Motion for Change of Venue, and Defendant’s Motion for Dismissal of Aztec Industries, Inc.’s Petition for Removal, or, Alternatively, for Remand and Motion for Abstention. The Court has reviewed the Petition, the Motions, and the written arguments of counsel, as well as the entire record in this case.
