MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

This proceeding came before the Court on a motion for an order transferring venue filed by Brunos (hereafter “Debtor”). On February 18, 1998, Debtor removed a cause of action pending in the Circuit Court of Jefferson County to this Court. Debtor now seeks to transfer venue of that action to the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware, where Debtor’s Chapter 11 case is pending along with several affiliated debtors whose cases are being jointly administered in In re PWS Holding Corp., Bruno’s, Inc., et al, Case Nos.…
