Action to enjoin the city of St. Louis and its officers from enforcing a zoning classification of Lot 25, Block 5406, as “residential.” Under the pleadings the issues are: (1) The constitutionality of the classification; (2) the question of immunity under the “non-conforming use” provision (Sec. 8)’ of the general zoning ordinance.
