GRONER, Associate Justice.

This is an appeal from a decree of the Supreme Court of the District dismissing plaintiff’s bills of complaint. The original bill sought an accounting from defendant Joseph F. Holland as to his management of certain of plaintiff’s real estate situated in the city of Washington. The supplemental bill prayed that a sale of the same property under a deed of trust should be declared fraudulent and set aside. We shall call the parties plaintiff and defehdant.
