OPINION AND ORDER

Introduction

The Trustee, William Schwab, is managing 35 properties with 53 rental units pursuant to an Order authorizing the Trustee to operate a business. (Transcript of 5/8/97 at 5 and 7 (Doc. # 119).) During the course of his administration, Schwab utilized his support staff to perform services theretofore done for the Debtor by a property manager and a secretary.
