I.INTRODUCTION

This matter came before the Court on the Chapter 7 Trustee’s Application for Fees. The Trustee in this Chapter 7 case, Steven Zimmerman (the “Trustee”), seeks final compensation for his services and the services of his paralegal, plus the reimbursement of certain expenses incurred during the administration of this estate. He seeks $1,372.09 as compensation for his services — the maximum amount allowed by the schedule for payment in section 326(a) of the Bankruptcy Code.
