This is an action upon the official bond of the defendant Bing, as county treasurer, to recover from him and his sureties for a failure on the part of Bing to pay over, according to law, public moneys received by him by virtue of his office. The delin-*401queneies for which a recovery is .sought occurred, for the most part, as is disclosed by the case, between the lsii of March, 1880, and the 21st of June, 1880.
