A judgment of ouster was entered against the defendants in a quo warranto proceeding ousting them from certain positions they had been holding in the Village of Stickney under a claimed appointment by the village president, and they appeal.
It is conceded that there is but one question for decision, which is whether the positions involved should be filled by appointment by the president of the village board and approved by the trustees, or whether the appointments should be made by the board of trustees.
