OPINION
TODD, Presiding Judge.
The defendant, Commerce Union Bank, has appealed from a jury verdict and judgment in favor of the plaintiff, Lance Productions, Inc. in the amount of $750,000 for wrongful attachment and conversion of a bus.
There is evidence of the following facts:
Plaintiff is a booking agent for entertainers. Its stockholders are Sherman Ford and wife Joy Ford. In October, 1979, plaintiff acquired the subject bus which was extensively modified for use as a traveling home for entertainers.
