The plaintiff brings this action under the Workmen’s Compensation Act, seeking recovery on account of the accidental injury to her husband, arising out of and in the course of his employment, and resulting in his death. Plaintiff’s husband, John N. McLean, met his death by electrocution while engaged in work at Camp Adair, a former army camp, and in that portion of the camp which was being operated by the Oregon National Guard under a revocable license from the War Department.
