OPINION

WADE, Judge.

The defendant, Donald Joseph Ruane, was convicted of second degree murder and sentenced to twenty-five (25) years the Department of Correction as a Range I Offender. Tenn.Code Ann. §§ 39-13-210 and 40-35-112.
