MURNAGHAN, Circuit Judge:
On September 2, 1993, Appellant, Thurza Strag (“Strag”) initiated an action against Appellee, Craven Community College (the “College”), under the Equal Pay Act, 29 U.S.C. § 206(d)(1), in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of North Carolina.
