OPINION
GLEN E. CLARK, Bankruptcy Judge.
Appellant, Zavala Torres Melquíades (“Appellant”), appeals the bankruptcy court’s order determining his claim against the debtors, Douglas and Sandra Hill (“Debtors”), to be dischargeable. We affirm. 2
I. BACKGROUND
Appellant is a former employee of Atlas Pallet & Mfg. Co, Inc. (“Atlas”), which was wholly owned by Debtors. In January 1993, Appellant suffered a compound fracture of his right ankle while on the job at Atlas.
