A relationship—business and romantic— gone wrong led to this adversary proceeding. The Defendant, Bradley A. Windesh-ausen (“Windeshausen”), filed a voluntary chapter 7 petition on February 28, 2015. The Plaintiff, Katherine Hebl (“Hebl”), filed an adversary complaint on June 2, 2015, alleging an arbitration award of $310,000 is nondischargeable.
