BOND, Chief Justice.

This is an appeal from an interlocutory order of a District Court of Dallas County, in limine, temporarily restraining the defendant “from selling or disposing of or encumbering any of his real or personal property wherever located” pending a suit brought by plaintiff against the defendant; and, incidentally,- for the defendant to file inventory of his property on or before the date mentioned in the order. The injunc-tive writ was directed to be issued upon plaintiff’s executing a temporary injunction bond in the sum of $1,000 in terms of law, payable to the defendant. The…
