The appellee, Southern Casualty Company, filed this suit in one of the district courts of Jefferson county against the appellant, Martha Bell, praying for a judgment canceling and setting aside an award made in favor of Martha Bell by the-Industrial Accident Board of this state upon a claim filed before that Board by Martha Bell for compensation under the Employers’’ Liability Act of this state (Vernon’s Ann.
