The sole issue presented for our review is whether Nancy Wolf (Claimant) satisfied the requirements of the 300-week limitation period specified in § 301(c)(2) of the Workers’ Compensation Act (Act).1 Claimant appeals from an order of the Workers’ Compensation Appeal Board (Board) reversing the Workers’ Compensation Judge’s (WCJ) decision granting her disability claim petition and fatal claim petition filed on behalf of her deceased husband, Hunter Wolf (Decedent).
