ELKINGTON, J.
Defendant Walter J. Taylor was found guilty by a jury of violating Penal Code section 496 (receiving stolen property) and Penal Code section 12021 (possession of a concealable firearm by one previously convicted of a felony). He acted as his own attorney at the trial. His appeal is from the nonappealable “verdict” which we shall treat (as obviously intended) as an appeal from the judgment imposing two concurrent terms in the state prison.
